Payment / Shipping

Shipping of our goods is carried out via DHL, DPD or GLS.

Within Germany, shipping costs 6.90 € for orders up to a value of 500 €. From 500 € upwards, shipping within Germany is free of charge for you. The shipping costs are shown to you in the shopping cart before you complete your order. For deliveries to German islands, we charge an island surcharge of 17.95 € from a shipping weight of 31.5 kg, even for shipments that would otherwise be free of shipping costs.

Shipping within the EU

For shipping within the EU, we charge a base price of 13.90 € for an order value below 499 € and a base price of 23.90 € for an order value between 500 € and 3,000 €. In addition, there is a variable fee of 1.20 € per kg.

Shipping to Switzerland

We can ship parcels up to a weight of 31.5 kg to Switzerland via DHL. Prices are available on request. Additional costs such as customs duties may apply; you can find more information at xtares.admin.ch.

If you are ordering from one of the following countries, we may also be able to deliver to you. Simply send us a short email with what you need and we will make you an offer.
